About: Md. Jobayer Mia joined BMU as a lecturer of Naval Architecture and Offshore Engineering (NAOE) in August 2023. He graduated in NAOE from Bangladesh Maritime University (BMU) in 2022. Before joining as a Lecturer, he worked as a Research Assistant in a fully funded project of BMU Postgraduate Research Management and Technology Transfer Centre (PRMTTC). He has hands-on experience in Fluid Flow Simulation, Offshore Structural Analysis, Offshore Renewable Energy Analysis and Maritime Safety Analysis of Bangladesh. He has published research articles in esteemed journals of home and abroad. Moreover, he has presented papers at National and International conferences and has participated in National and International Seminars.
Research Area:

Offshore Renewable Energy, Hydrodynamics.

Research Interests:

Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Structural Analysis, Blue Economy, Ship Recycling, Maritime Safety and Offshore Wind Energy.
