Journal of Shipping Management (JSM) is an open access, multi-disciplinary peer-reviewed journal that focuses shipping business & management, as well as transportation-related fields. The JSM aims to be a hub for research, analysis, and discussions on propelling Bangladesh's port and shipping industry towards achieving sustainable goal. Towards achieving these objectives, JSM provides a vehicle to facilitate professionals, academics, researchers, and policy makers in the field to disseminate information and to learn from one another’s work. It will explore best practices in port management, shipping operations, and logistics, while also fostering collaboration between stakeholders. The journal's scope encompasses port development, shipping operations, logistics, policy analysis, workforce development, and environmental sustainability, all within the context of a developing nation. By including research papers, case studies, and industry reports, the journal strives to be a valuable resource for researchers, maritime professionals, and anyone invested in Bangladesh's maritime future.
