Overview: Faculty of Engineering and Technology (FET) of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Maritime University, Bangladesh (BSMRMU) publishes Journal of Engineering and Technology (JET) on various aspects of maritime affairs. JET Journal welcomes submissions in all areas related to Naval Architecture, Offshore Engineering, Marine Engineering, Renewable Energy, Ship Recycling, and inland Waterway Transportation including current issues in maritime affairs. JET Journal also welcomes book reviews, comments on projects, cases, and judgments. JET Journal is committed to publishing high quality articles of faculties and researchers of public and private universities. It is a peer reviewed journal. Our reviewers are selected from different esteemed universities both at home and abroad.

Submission Guidelines:

• Submissions should be made electronically via email to: jet@bsmrmu.edu.bd
• The submitted papers/articles must be an original piece of work.
• The author should declare that the article has not been published and/or submitted for publication elsewhere earlier and is not in consideration for publication anywhere else.

Publication Opportunity: Accepted papers will be published in the Volume 2, Issue 1 of the JET Journal, which will be available both in printed and online copy.

Instructions for Authors:

• The papers/articles shall be written in English (Standard British) and typed double spaced on a standard A4 size paper.
• Letter font shall be of Times New Roman size 12 points.
• The papers/articles shall have an abstract (Font Times New Roman, size 11 points) followed by keywords.
• The heading and subheading of each section should have sequence numbers (1, 1.1).
• The papers/articles should acknowledge the sources as references in line with the text.
• The Chicago style (published in the Manual, latest edition) shall be the writing and reference style of the papers/articles for the journal.
