Alumni Association is an integral part of any educational institutions. Alumni Association acts as a bridge between respective educational institute and fellow graduates. Alumni Association significantly contributes in organising social events, publishing newsletter or magazine and raising funds for the institution. To provide a forum for graduates and other maritime professional, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Maritime University Alumni Association (BSMRMUAA) is here by established. In order to function smoothly the constitution of BSMRMUAA has been adopted. The constitutions provide guide lines for membership, functions and other relevant   activities of this association.

All graduates and honorary degree holders of BSMRMU and its affiliated institutes/academies shall be eligible to be members of the BSMRMUAA subject to their acceptance of the terms and conditions and payment of such fees as determined by the Executive Council (EC).

Anyone seeking for membership of BSMRMUAA shall apply to the Secretary General of the EC (Alumni Adhoc Committee till the EC is formed) on the prescribed form (enclosed herewith) duly filled in along with the requisite subscription/ fee and other relevant documents as directed from time to time.
