Office of Public Relation and Information of this university works as the correspondence of this university. The following are some of the activities it carries out:

• To ensure the publicity of university activities and information through different national newspapers, TV Channels and other media platforms
• To ensure and maintain liaison with available media spokespersons
• To ensure the invitation of journalists and media coverage for any workshop, seminar, symposium and events
• To write and distribute press release for different activities of the university
• To take necessary initiatives for publishing different advertisements in national newspapers, TV channels, and others
• To distribute the publications of the university accordingly
• To maintain a contact database of concern media focal points
