About: Dr M Abul Hossion is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Maritime University, Bangladesh since 3rd May 2018. Dr Hossion obtained B.Sc. and M.S in Physics from University of Chittagong in the year 2008 and 2009. In the year 2011, Dr Hossion admitted in PhD program in the department of EEE, Dhaka University. Subsequently he was accolade ‘Bangabandhu Fellowship on Science and ICT’ by Ministry of Science and Technology, Bangladesh. He completed his Doctoral dissertation in the Department of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, Mumbai, India. In May 2017 he was awarded PhD degree from Dhaka University. Meanwhile Dr Hossion started his university teaching carrier in East West University as a Senior Lecturer in Physics. During the long research carrier Dr Hossion embarked in various laboratories and institutions in home and abroad. He is specialized in silicon solar cell fabrication and CVD growth. He has numerous publications in national and international journals.
